TRADE25 Offer Terms and Conditions

Your participation in this offer ("Offer") serves as your willful acceptance of and agreement to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of the offer.
Offer Period
This Offer is a limited time offer, commencing July 12th 2023 and ending on or before the withdrawal date, July 31st 2023 (the "Offer Period"). This Offer may be withdrawn by Options AI in its sole discretion at any time and for any reason.
Offer Summary
An individual applying offer code TRADE25 when opening a new Options AI brokerage account and subsequently making an initial funds deposit of any dollar amount, may qualify for a $25 cash reward, subject to all Terms herein.
Offer Eligibility
Eligibility criteria includes, but is not limited to, an individual using offer code TRADE25 in the referral code field when applying for a new Options AI brokerage account and subsequently being approved by us for a new Individual Margin Account.
Such individual may then become a Qualified Customer by making an initial qualifying funds deposit ("Qualifying Deposit") into their Options AI brokerage account.
A Qualifying Deposit is defined as an initial funds deposit, of any USD amount, made into an eligible account. A transfer of securities does not qualify.
A Qualifying Deposit must be made prior to 11:59PM EST on the final business day of the Offer Period for the account owner to become a Qualified Customer.
Options AI reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria at any time and, to determine in its sole discretion, if an individual has met all of the eligibility criteria required to qualify for this offer.
The Offer is not valid for customers with an existing and funded Options AI brokerage account, or for customers with an account that has been funded at any time prior to the Offer Period, unless otherwise agreed to by Options AI, in its sole discretion.
Offer Details
Subject to all Terms contained herein, a Qualified Customer shall receive a one-time $25 (twenty-five dollars) cash reward ("Cash Reward") into their Options AI account.
Where a Qualifying Deposit is made prior to 1:00PM ET on any given business day, Options AI will typically instruct the Cash Reward transfer same-day. Transfers for Qualifying Deposits made after 1:00PM ET may be instructed on the following business day. All Cash Reward transfers will take at least one business day from the date they are instructed to reflect in the Qualified Customer account.
Qualifying Deposits must remain in the Qualified Customer account for a period of at least 35 days from the date that the Qualifying Deposit was made, in order for the Qualified Customer to to be eligible to keep the Cash Reward.
In the event that the Qualifying Deposit, or any part thereof, is withdrawn within 35 days, or if the Qualifying Deposit is recalled by the originating financial institution, the Qualified Customer shall no longer be eligible to keep the Cash Reward and the full reward value shall be debited from the customer account, at the sole discretion of Options AI.
The Cash Reward may be kept and withdrawn by the Qualified Customer following this 35 day period, subject to all other Terms herein.
The Cash Reward may be used for trading purposes during this 35 day period, but only after the initial Qualifying Deposit has fully cleared in the customer account. For ACH transfers, this means five (5) business days from the date the Qualifying Transfer is credited to the customer account.
By participating in this Offer, a customer consents to Options AI sending educational email correspondence relating options strategies and notifications relating to this offer.
To be eligible for this Offer, an individual is required to use the designated offer code when opening an Options AI account. These links or codes will inform Options AI of the individual’s interest to participate in the offer.
Options AI will monitor accounts for Qualifying Deposits on a reasonable best effort basis.
This Offer is valid only once per customer account, with no more than one account enrolled per individual customer. Once an individual has participated in this Offer, they will no longer be eligible to participate in any other offer from Options AI, unless otherwise agree to by Options AI, in its sole discretion.
This offer is available only to U.S. residents currently living in the U.S., who are at least 18 years of age, hold a valid Social Security Number and who are approved for an Options AI individual brokerage account. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with Options AI Financial, LLC or an affiliate, members of their household and employees of any securities regulatory organization or exchange are not eligible for this offer.
Options AI reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this offer or terminate this offer at any time, with or without notice, and to decline participation of certain customers in this, or any other offer, in its sole discretion.
This offer may not be combined with, or substituted for any other offer made available by Options AI at any time, and has no cash alternative.

You will indemnify and hold harmless, Options AI, its Parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, managers, members, agents, partners, employees, licensors, distributors, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your participation in, or use of, this Offer, or any investment decision, act, error, or omission relating to this Offer, in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, matters relating to incorrect, unsuitable, incomplete, or misleading information.
