Your participation in this offer ("Offer") serves as your willful acceptance of and agreement to comply with the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of the offer.
Offer Period
This Offer is a limited time offer, commencing May 2nd, 2024 and ending on the current withdrawal date, May 31st, 2024 (the "Offer Period"). Options AI may withdraw the Offer on any earlier date in its sole discretion, at any time, for any reason and with or without notice.
Offer Summary
Individuals who open a new Options AI brokerage account using a valid affiliate referral code within the Offer Period, may qualify for 45 commission free option trades within a 30 day period. Existing Options AI account holders who make a new deposit of at least $4,500 within the Offer Period, may qualify for 45 commission free option trades within a 30 day period. Qualification for the Offer is subject to all Terms herein. Stock trades are excluded from this commission free Offer.
Offer Eligibility
Eligibility criteria includes, but is not limited to, a] an individual using a valid affiliate referral code when applying for, and being approved by us for a new Options AI brokerage account within the Offer Period; or b] an existing individual account holder making a new deposit of at least $4,500 within the Offer Period.
Deposits from existing customers must be made prior to 11:59PM EST on the final business day of the Offer Period for the account owner to become eligible for the offer.
Options AI reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria at any time and, to determine in its sole discretion, if an individual has met all of the eligibility criteria required to qualify for this offer.
Offer Details
Subject to all Terms contained herein, a customer who qualifies for this Offer shall receive up to 45 commission free option trades in a one month (30 day) period.
For new customers, the commission-free options period shall commence on the date that their Options AI account is approved and terminate on the earlier of either a] 30 days after the account approval date; or, b] after 45 option trades have been made.
For existing customers, the commission-free options period shall commence on the date that Options AI team activate the Offer and terminate on the earlier of either a] 30 days after the Offer approval date; or, b] after 45 option trades have been made.
Option trades (opening and closing) on either Index (SPX) or Stock and ETFs symbols will qualify as a single trade under this Offer.
Stock trading is excluded from this offer.
Applicable regulatory, exchange and clearing fees will still apply to all commission-free trades.
In the event that a qualifying deposit, or any part thereof, is withdrawn within 30 days, or if a qualifying deposit is recalled by the originating financial institution, Options AI retains the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate the commission free period.
By participating in this Offer, a customer consents to Options AI sending educational email correspondence relating options strategies and notifications relating to this offer.
This Offer is valid only once per customer account, with no more than one account enrolled per individual customer. Once an individual has participated in this Offer, they will no longer be eligible to participate in any other offer from Options AI, unless otherwise agree to by Options AI, in its sole discretion.
This offer is available only to U.S. residents currently living in the U.S., who are at least 18 years of age, hold a valid Social Security Number and who are approved for an Options AI individual brokerage account. Employees, contractors, or persons similarly associated with Options AI Financial, LLC or an affiliate, members of their household and employees of any securities regulatory organization or exchange are not eligible for this offer.
Options AI reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this offer or terminate this offer at any time, with or without notice, and to decline participation of certain customers in this, or any other offer, in its sole discretion.
This offer may not be combined with, or substituted for any other offer made available by Options AI at any time, and has no cash alternative.

You will indemnify and hold harmless, Options AI, its Parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, managers, members, agents, partners, employees, licensors, distributors, and representatives, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your participation in, or use of, this Offer, or any investment decision, act, error, or omission relating to this Offer, in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, matters relating to incorrect, unsuitable, incomplete, or misleading information.
